I use the sleep spray to help relax my brain and fall asleep after a busy day of activity and overthinking. I only need 2 sprays and I feel relaxed and fall asleep quickly. I wake up feeling rested.
This product works like nothing i have ever used.
I like using these supplements. The Align has really helped with inflammation, which reduced the pain from arthritis. Biotics improved my immune system. Max is just a really good multi everything. My only complaint is about communication, which is difficult at best. If you can order each month and not need any customer service, you'll do fine. But if you need any assistance, plan way ahead of when you need an answer. I emailed them two weeks ago and still have not heard back.
