Q SLEEP Spray has truly changed my nights!

I genuinely LOVE this product. I’ve always struggled with quieting my mind at night, and falling asleep usually meant tossing and turning while my thoughts raced. Somehow, this spray works every single time.

I fall asleep much faster — even on nights when my mind is still busy — and I wake up feeling truly rested. The sleep feels deep and refreshing, not light or restless. One of my favorite things about this spray is that it doesn’t make you feel drugged or groggy. There’s no heavy, “knocked out” feeling… it simply helps your body relax naturally and drift off when you’re ready.

The instructions say to use it about 30 minutes before bed, but for me it works even faster. It’s gentle, effective, and feels very natural — not forced sleep, just peaceful rest.

We’ve even given it to our son on nights when he has trouble settling down, and it works just as well for him too. He falls asleep quickly and wakes up rested, with no grogginess at all.

If you struggle with shutting your mind off at night or staying asleep, I can’t recommend Q SLEEP Spray enough. It has become a must-have in our nightly routine.

2 Stars: My negative is the shipping and customer service. Shipping varies each time. Same product could take 5 business days one time and 7 business days the next. My complain on Customer service, they never ever respond .
