This product has taken me from 2x a week migraines to now having none in over 2 weeks!!
I love this product. I had placed an order in the past, and I really enjoyed the flavor. I've tried other "greens" products, and none of them have a flavor that agrees with my taste buds EXCEPT this brand. I reordered, and I will continue reordering because the benefits are amazing. I always worry that I am not getting the essential nutrients I need at times because I have a very busy lifestyle, so this product gives me some peace of mind.
2 sprays at night puts me to sleep. Don't feel groggy in the morning
I don't know if this works, but I don't go to bed without it. and I love the taste. I order it monthly so as to never run out. I take it on trips. So, it probably works to some degree. I have issues sleeping anyway so it's kind of hard to gauge. I'll keep it in supply, however.
I have been using this spray for about 4 years. I won’t go a night without it!
