Doesn’t have an overpowering smell, honestly gets rid of pain more than the stuff that burns! It’s a forever product for me truly a life saver. I’m a truck driver and my back always aches and this is my go to product.
My experience with Q Sciences started with a few shipping issues, but thanks to their outstanding customer service, it turned into a very positive experience.
Initially, my order for Q Melatonin SLEEP Spray was marked as delivered, even though I never received it. I contacted their support team, and they promptly arranged a replacement at no additional cost.
Unfortunately, the replacement I received was not the product I had originally ordered. I reached out to customer support again, and they immediately acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and arranged to send the correct product. As an additional gesture of goodwill, they kindly allowed me to keep the item that was sent by mistake, without requiring a return or any additional expense on my part.
I especially want to recognize the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care demonstrated by the Q Sciences customer support team. Mistakes can happen with any company, but what truly makes a difference is how those mistakes are handled.
As for Q Melatonin SLEEP Spray itself, I also want to share my personal experience. After trying several different products to improve my sleep, I can confidently say that this one has genuinely worked well for me.
Of course, I believe it's important to mention that I combine it with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and good lifestyle habits. In my experience, all these factors working together, including Q Melatonin SLEEP Spray, have made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality and helped me enjoy more restful, restorative sleep.
That's why I'm happy to recommend this product based on my personal experience, while recognizing that individual results may vary.
Q Sciences has not only provided a product that has worked well for me, but has also shown that they truly value their customers and are willing to make things right when something doesn't go as planned.
I sincerely appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. They've earned my trust, and I look forward to continuing to purchase their products.
A big thank you to the entire Q Sciences team for the excellent customer service and for offering a product that has made such a positive difference in my sleep!
I really like the grape flavor and the dragon fruit. I honestly do not care for the black ops cherry flavor. I do however really like this product so I will use the flavor.
