PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Cancelling, Returning or Exchanging Product
The following provisions (Cancelling, Returning or Exchanging Product) apply only to Q Sciences Products purchased through the Q Sciences website.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee. If a Q Sciences Affiliate, Pro Affiliate, Preferred Customer, or Customer is not completely satisfied with the Products they purchased directly from Q Sciences (via Q Sciences website), they may request a refund or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase by contacting Customer Service Department and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the unused portion of the Product. All refund requests are subject to the conditions defined in Subsection 2 below. The refund or exchange amount is based upon the price paid at the time of sale). Shipping costs, handling fees, etc. associated with the sale are non-refundable. Product refunds are made in the same form of payment as the Product purchase. Product exchanges will be for Product(s) of equal or lesser value of the price paid at the time of sale.
2. Refunds and Exchanges. To qualify for a refund or an exchange, the following criteria must be
met:
a. A Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) must be requested directly from the Customer Service Department;
i. Before an RMA number is issued, Q Sciences Compliance Department will complete a review of the order. Compliance Department’s review will be completed within one (1) business day from the date the request was made;
b. The returned Products must be accompanied by an RMA number provided by the Q Sciences Customer Service Department and an inventory list of the Product(s) returned;
c. The Products must appear in the individual’s order history;
d. The Products must have been purchased directly from the Q Sciences website;
e. Q Sciences Products:
i. Products must have been purchased within thirty (30) calendar days preceding the date of the refund request;
ii. Products must be shipped back to Q Sciences no later than the date provided by the Customer Service Department.
Returned Product that does not meet the criteria listed above shall not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All Product returned to Q Sciences shall be retained by Q Sciences, regardless of whether the return meets the criteria for receiving a refund or exchange. Q Sciences may refuse to issue a refund if it finds, in its sole discretion, that any of the conditions in this Section have not been met.
3. Credits. All credit on account must be used within six (6) months from the date on which the credit was issued. If credits have not been used within six (6) months Q Sciences will attempt to notify you. There will be a $10.00 charge for each attempted notification. This charge will be deducted from the credit on account.
4. Compensation Adjustments. The cancellation, return, or refund of product by an Affiliate or Pro Affiliate’s or customer(s) will result in adjustments to the compensation associated with the sale.
Q Sciences shall not be responsible for failure to perform hereunder if such failure is caused by any circumstance of Force Majeure, being reasons beyond the reasonable control of Q Sciences. Force Majeure includes, but is not restricted to, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquakes, equipment failure, supplier problems, war, acts of terrorism, vandalism, criminal activities, pandemics, and the like. In such event, Q Sciences will be relieved of its obligation to perform until a reasonable period of time has expired following the end of the circumstance or Force Majeure.
