Suggested Use:

Q SLEEP Spray has truly changed my nights!

I genuinely LOVE this product. I’ve always struggled with quieting my mind at night, and falling asleep usually meant tossing and turning while my thoughts raced. Somehow, this spray works every single time.

I fall asleep much faster — even on nights when my mind is still busy — and I wake up feeling truly rested. The sleep feels deep and refreshing, not light or restless. One of my favorite things about this spray is that it doesn’t make you feel drugged or groggy.
