We’ve even given it to our son on nights when he has trouble settling down, and it works just as well for him too. He falls asleep quickly and wakes up rested, with no grogginess at all.

2 Stars: My negative is the shipping and customer service. Shipping varies each time. Same product could take 5 business days one time and 7 business days the next. My complain on Customer service, they never ever respond .
Love used Align before
It works to relieve inflammation in my body. I feel better & can play pickleball & work out in the gym.
I have arthritic in my knuckles. When I use Q Align they don't hurt.
