I like the sprays but the website is difficult and hard to get them to change your auto shipment. Their D spray is all I can find to keep my blood level up to normal D.
I highly recommend Q Max!! These are the best vitamins I've ever taken! Been taking these since 2020. Have tried others and nothing works like these do. My hair, skin and nails are super healthy, my energy level is amazing, I am sleeping better and I feel great! There have been a couple of times I have ran out and I can really tell the difference. They also help with my migraines.
