It is awesome. I fall asleep fast & stay asleep for a solid 8 hours.
It seems to be helping my gut function like it should.
I never tried this before, but I like having different options when I need something to get me to sleep, so I took a chance and ordered this, cause the Relief spray is great. This spray is amazing. 8 quick sprays, I wait a minute, swallow (and it tastes good), and in about 15 min, I'm ready to drift off. Wow!
I bought this way back when Q Science first started. My pastor's wife sold it and it was wonderful back then and still is. I still had some left of the old spray stick, and it worked as well as when I got it. That's why I bought it again now. It's great!!! Takes the pain away immedicately... any kind of pain.
