I use melatonin to help me sleep but my adult son with ADD doesn't respond well to it. This is, in fact, the most effective supplement to help him sleep, and we've tried MANY! This is expensive but it really works well for him! It actually works well for me, too, but I'm too cheap for the luxury when melatonin works just as well. If you can afford this, give it a try. For him, it's been a life saver
