I use a health watch with sleep tracking and noticed my sleep cycle has become more even between light and deep sleep with longer sleep periods instead of a lot of shorter random sleep periods and when I wake up in the night for bathroom/toilet I quickly fall back to sleep I also use faint blue night lights to guide the way so I don't use bright room lights all and all so far pleased with the product.
