This cream works better than anything I've ever tried. I use it on my knee after having a total knee replacement, it really helps ease the achiness. My wife uses it on her neck from sitting at a computer all day. It doesn't take much and it definitely helps.
My vitamin D level was very low and even the prescription strength pills did not increase it. I started using this spray and my D levels have gone to midrange normal and stayed there.
